Visit our website, click the Providers tab, and find “Become a Provider.” Fill out your practice’s information, and someone from our provider relations team will send you an official contract and reach out to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
How do healthcare providers get paid? +
Any healthcare provider in MedBlue negotiates its contracted rates. This ensures that both your practice and our members benefit. All payments are made by our members at the time of service, eliminating the delays and hassles associated with traditional insurance billing. Additionally, the costs of appointments are clearly communicated to patients and the practice prior to their visit, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Where does MedBlue work? +
MedBlue is headquartered in Miami, Florida, but is licensed by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to operate anywhere throughout the state of Florida. Our provider network is continually expanding to serve a broader range of self-pay patients.
Is this an HMO/PPO? +
MedBlue is not an HMO or PPO. We are a licensed Discount Plan Organization that creates healthcare programs offering discounted medical and dental services directly to our subscribers or members without the need for traditional insurance.
Where can I find member eligibility? +

Yes. all MedBlue members receive access to their electronic Member ID card immediately after enrolling into one of our plans through their online member portal.
